First of all: This is a personal blog. Any views or opinions represented in this blog are personal and belong solely to me and do not represent those of people, institutions or organizations that the I may or may not be associated with in professional or personal capacity unless explicitly stated.

Nthabiseng Modjadji. AGE: Old Enough. South African. My passions in this life are travelling, reading, writing and being an agent of change. Also tea, I have a passion for tea. Can you imagine a life without tea? The thought alone scares me. I have travelled to Greece – Athens; Italy – Rome, Venice, Pisa and Florence; Germany – Stuttgart; Austria – Innsbruck; France – Paris, China – Beijing,  Thailand- Phuket, Krabi, Bangkok, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Chang, Uganda,  and counting. I am constantly craving adventure so I don’t particularly enjoy a quiet and mundane exists. My intention is to travel around the world and when I am done, travel around the world again. I try to never leave the house without a book. The voice inside my head hardly stops talking, unless I am meditating or having a moment of stillness, so I always keep a pen and paper with me and write a lot of it down, all day long, some of it isn’t always worth mentioning, some of it is for my personal journals which are my most cherished possessions, should anything happen to me, my only worry is what will happen to my journals, who will take care of them, what will become of them? All of my other, often eccentric, thoughts and feelings that aren’t entirely for my journals and aren’t scribbled on countless pieces of paper at the bottom of my handbag and on my bedside table, that I feel are cheeky and witty with a little bit of sass make up what makes it onto this blog.

My posts are mostly under three heading firstly “Thinking out loud”, which I post regularly, these posts are usually about what I have on my mind and all the mischievous, embarrassing and WTF moments I experience in this crazy life I live. Then there is my #TravelDiary which follows my life living abroad, my travels and my “African Girls Guide to Traveling Solo” posts. Lastly my “Live and Learn” posts in which I write about my never-ending quest enlightenment, my beliefs and some of my lessons from this lifetime that I feel might inspire or add some good vibes to the world.

So I hope you enjoy my blog. Share, like and leave comments, I’d love to hear from you.
